No. In a developer Q&A published through the Steam Community, Flatrock Games said the Demo was built around an older version of the park. The full game’s layout and puzzles are different, even though some recognizable locations such as the museum remain.

That means you should not grind the Demo expecting to keep the same save on launch day.

What the Demo is still good for

The Demo can teach you the game’s broad habits:

• how Clawed presents environmental clues;
• how to search a named park landmark;
• how keys and locked routes structure progression;
• how combat, stealth, inventory, and dinosaur encounters feel;
• how online co-op behaves in the current test build.

It is useful practice, not a guaranteed first chapter of the release build.

Demo route pages

The Demo walkthrough, Museum Key, and South Tunnel Key pages are intentionally labeled as Demo pages. Their locations should be rechecked after launch rather than silently reused as full-game maps.

Why this distinction matters

An old Demo guide can be factually correct for the build it recorded and still be wrong for the current Demo or full release. Always record the build date when saving a route, and re-check developer patch notes after a large update.
