Clawed Demo Museum Key Location and Route

Short answer

In the current Clawed Demo route, search the Staff Center side of the Prehistoria area, near the medical-facility landmark, when the objective asks for the Museum Key. Google’s current result snippets and Steam Community reports point to this area, while community walkthroughs describe the key as being inside the Staff Center rather than in the museum exhibit itself.

Because the Demo has received route and progression patches, use the objective and the latest landmarks as the final authority. If an old video sends you somewhere else, it may be showing an earlier version.

Route checklist

1. Start from the central park or Main Street landmark.
2. Move toward the Staff Center rather than entering the museum blindly.
3. Use the medical-facility side as the nearby landmark.
4. Search interactable surfaces and rooms for the key prompt.
5. Return to the museum door or objective marker after collecting it.

If the key is not there

Check the following before assuming the guide is wrong:

• You are playing the Demo rather than the full release.
• Your group has read the current note or objective.
• You are at the Staff Center / medical side and not a similarly named park building.
• The key is not already in a teammate’s inventory.
• The Demo has finished updating and the save has been reloaded.

The developer’s Steam patch notes mention fixes for notes, Demo progression, and other interactions. Reopen the game after an update if a prompt is missing.

Museum route versus full-game route

Do not assume this Demo location will survive unchanged into the full game. Flatrock Games said the Demo was built around an older version of the park and that the full-game layout and puzzles would be different. This page is therefore labeled and written for the Demo only.
