What the numbers mean
The recommended CPU and GPU tier is substantially higher than the minimum tier. If your system is close to minimum, leave extra room for shader compilation, updates, and background applications rather than treating 11 GB as the only disk-space requirement.
The Steam page lists full controller support and Xbox controller support. Steam Deck compatibility remains Unknown, so this page does not promise handheld performance.
Before launch
- Update your graphics driver.
- Keep more than the listed 11 GB free for patches.
- Test whether your controller is detected before joining a co-op session.
- If performance is poor, test Classic Mode before adding Survival Mode’s dynamic weather and day/night systems to your troubleshooting list.
